  Segunda entrada dedicada al classroom language (lenguaje de clase). Hemos clasificado las distintas estructuras de clase en varias secciones:   GIVING INSTRUCTIONS, ASKING FOR INFORMATION (dar instrucciones, pedir información):
*  Please repeat after me. Por favor, repite después de mi. *  Can you repeat, please?. ¿Puedes repetir, por favor? *  Do you understand?. ¿Entiendes? * Is this correct?. ¿Es correcto? *  Can you write it on the blackboard, please? ¿Puedes escribirlo en la pizarra, por favor? *  I’m sorry, I don’t understand. Lo siento, no lo entiendo. * Who has finished? ¿quien ha terminado? * Come here, please. Ven aquí, por favor. * Go back to your seat. Vuelve a tu sitio * Colour the picture. Colorea el dibujo *  Cut it out. Córtalo *  Show me your work.Enséñame tu trabajo * Point to the...Señala a.... *  Listen to me. Escúchame *  Draw a (tree). Gracias *  You’re welcome!. ¡De nada! *  Can I go to the toilet, please?. ¿Puedo ir al aseo, por favor? *  What are you doing?. ¿Qué estás haciendo? *  Sorry!. ¡Perdón!. Si lo decimos con interrogación, sorry?, el significado cambia, es: (¿qué/como?) *  Pardon me. Perdón *  Excuse me Perdón.

CONTROLLING THE CLASS (controlar la clase)

* Please be quiet!. Por favor, silencio

* Can’t you speak more softly?, ¿podeis hablar más bajo?

*  Please pay attention!. Por favor, prestad atención.

*  Don’t do that!. No hagas esto.

*  Calm down!. Traquilos!

*  Sit still!. ¡Siéntate y no te muevas!.

*  Shut up, will you?. ¿Queréis callaros?

*  Stop speaking!. ¡Deja de hablar!

*  No noise, please. Nada de ruidos, por favor.

*  Juan, stop bothering María!. Juan, deja de molestar a María.

*  Stop playing with your pencil. Deja de jugar con tu lapez

*  Stop talking and watch the video. Deja de hablar y mira el video

*  Stop talking and listen. Deja de hablar y escucha.

*  Silence!. ¡Silencio!.

PRAISE AND CORRECTION (Corregir y animar)

*  Brilliant!. Brillante.

*  Excellent!. Excelente.

*  Good job!. Buen trabajo.

*  Wonderful!. Maravilloso.

*  Very good!. Muy bien.

*  Very well done!. Muy bien hecho.

*  Great!. Excelente

* Good!. Bien

* Yes, that’s right. Si, así es.

*  That’s it!. ¡eso es!

*  Nice work!. ¡Bonito trabajo!

* Yes!. ¡si!.

*  That’s better!. Eso está mejor.

*  That’s nearly right. Eso está casi bien.

*  Try again!. Prueba otra vez!

*  Today I’m happy with you. Hoy estoy contento contigo.

*  Today I’m not very happy with you. Hoy no estoy contento contigo.

 ENDING THE CLASS (terminar de la clase):

* Stop working!. Parad de trabajar.

* It’s time to go. Es hora de marcharse.

* It’s break-time. Es hora del recreo.

* See you later!. Hasta luego.!

* See you next week!. !Hasta la semana que viene!

* See you on Monday!. ¡Hasta el lunes!

* Enjoy your holidays!. ¡Disfruta de tus vacaciones!

* Have a nice weekend!. Que tengas un buen fin de semana

* Clean up/tidy up. Recoged

* Put on your jackets!. ¡Poneos vuestros abrigos!

*  Goodbye! / Bye! / Bye-bye! / ¡Adios!
